Do I need to pay shipping delivery charges?

Domestic Shipping (Within India) Shipping is absolutely free within India for all orders when you purchase any product from us, We also provide one free shipping service in case of returns or repair services.

International Shipping (Outside India)
Shipping prices may vary depending on the destination and
weight of your parcel.

How soon will I receive the order?

All products with delivery address within India may take
upto 2-3 working days to reach you after dispatch.
International Shipping via Fedex Valuable Shipping. Delivered within 4
working days after dispatch. Depends on location.

What is the return policy?

RETURNS & EXCHANGE

Before you return an Parina Jewels product, please take a moment to understand how our products are made. Most of our products are handcrafted by traditional craft persons in Jaipur, resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from the other. All our products go through quality control before shipping.

Returns & Exchanges will ONLY be accepted if your order is damaged in transit or you have received the incorrect product. In case your order is damaged in transit or you have received the wrong product you may return them in exactly the way in which they were received (unworn, with original packaging).

STEPS TO MAKING A RETURN

Please inform us within 3 days of receipt of order. Before we arrange for your damaged/incorrect product to be returned to us, you are required to send us a photograph of the product.

Products can be returned within 14 days from the time of receipt of goods at customer’s end, only if goods are found in damaged or defective condition. No exchange is allowed in other cases. The customer needs to intimate us within 3 days of receipt of goods at their end for exchange.

Once we have received your email and our Quality Control team has authorized the return, we will arrange for a courier to collect the goods and return them to us.

Parina Jewels will replace the items free of charge if possible or issue a refund for the cost of goods to the credit/debit card used for online shopping. We will refund the purchase price of the jewellery and the shipping charges. Refunds will only be made after we have received the shipment in its original packaging.

We are not liable for any returns that we were not notified about within 3 business days of product receipt.

As the charge to your credit card/account would have already been done online at the time you made the purchase and authorized the payment, we will provide a refund to your account via our respective Payment Gateway if applicable as per the situations given below.

Repair charges on goods which are six months old or more : Products sold beyond the period of six months will be repaired on chargeable basis and the actual cost of repair will be charged from the customer. The cost of repair will vary from piece to piece depending upon the nature of repair required and the gold consumed for repair of the piece. Estimate of repair can be provided once the piece is physically examined by the team at Jaipur.

REFUNDS WILL BE DONE IN THE FOLLOWING CASE:

Genuine quality issues
Packages lost in transit.
In case Parina Jewels discovers that a wrong item has been shipped to you.

In case I order a product of a size that doesn’t fit me. Can I replace the order?

Most rings and bangles are sold by size. We have also provided the actual dimensions of each product for you to compare with your own body measurements. In addition, Appropriate Measurement will be taken.

The Received product is damaged. How do I return it?

The customer needs to intimate us within 3 days of receipt of goods attheir end for exchange.
Once we have received your email and our Quality Control team hasauthorized the return, we will arrange for a courier to collect the goods and return them to us.

Is Cash on Delivery available?

If you are not comfortable making an online payment, you can opt for the Cash on Delivery (COD) payment method instead. With COD you can pay in cash at the time of actual delivery of the product at your doorstep, without requiring you to make any advance payment online. Kindly note all COD orders require telephonic/email confirmation before they are processed.

The maximum order value for a cash on delivery (COD) payment is Rs 50,000, it varies for different pin codes, details of which would be mentioned in the products details. It is strictly a cash-only payment method. Kindly note in Cash On Delivery the courier partner will not do open delivery and package would be handed over only on receipt of payment by logistics partner.
